Welcome to Happier Humanity, an initiative to help children and the youth, through life coaching and positive education. We work with families, schools, and organizations to promote and sustain long-term physical, mental, and emotional well-being in children.
Happier Humanity was founded by Hailley Turakhia Shah, a Certified Life and Well-being Coach, and Certified Happiness Coach. She is a champion for positive education and after working in several roles in the ed-sector realized that there was a need for more comprehensive social emotional learning that could help children and the youth reach their full potential, regardless of their socio-economic background.
Happier Humanity aims to help individuals achieve greater well-being and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all.
Hailley started Happier Humanity knowing well that the one thing everyone seeks is fulfilment and well-being. She is a Certified Life and Well-being Coach, and a Certified Happiness Coach. Hailley’s focus is child and youth well-being, and through Happier Humanity she is presently ushering in well-being programs at Indian educational institutions. She firmly believes that these kinds of skills shouldn’t be available only to the privileged – her earnest attempt, therefore, is to extend this knowledge to children across socio-economic strata, regions, and languages.
Her firm belief in the ‘infinite capacity of every individual’ supports her passion to equip children with the skills they need to live fulfilling lives.
As a coach and mentor to several young individuals, she has been a catalyst for positive change in their lives. She has conducted multiple sessions in Happiness and SEL Skills for young persons both in-person and virtually. Before this, Hailley was a marketing-communications professional working in industries like ed-tech, bilateral trade, lifestyle, and entertainment, establishing her as a lively and passionate communicator. She holds an MBA from Symbiosis International University and graduated from India’s esteemed St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai.
When not working she enjoys exploring different cultures with her husband, Harsh.
