As we sprint through the 2020s, the pressure on children and youth to succeed is believed to impact children as early as pre-school and is causing them more anxiety than ever.
Our environment is seeing unsurmountable pressures on children to perform, with the constant threats of underestimation – not leaving out peer comparison and ridicule on not performing as expected.
How do children grow and thrive then? The social and emotional environment of children has profound impact on how they progress in the long-term.
At Happier Humanity, we work with individual children and young persons to help them gain perspective to the situations presented to them, so that they make responsible life decisions.
We offer several age-specific programs that have sequenced activities, are action-oriented, include focus work, and explicitly train children to imbibe positive mindsets.
We conduct standalone/ successive workshops for children of employees, and for the parents themselves as part of the organization’s employee engagement activity.
